TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY

By entering into an agreement with COLORADOLEGALHELP you agree that the limit of liability is a refund of any payments you make. If you file or attempt to litigate more than a good faith refund of services paid for, you can expect a motion to dismiss and a filing for legal fees, as a frivolous and vexatious attempt to violate the terms of agreement.
